The best thing about the holiday season is gathering around food, appreciating each other’s company, and refilling ourselves with the energy we cultivate through human connection… Yes, human connection… I believe those of us who still understand its value have a responsibility to pass it on to the new generations… generations born into an era that offers fewer real opportunities to connect. Not because they lack the skills, but because they haven’t had the chance to experience its benefits.

In order to continue the family tradition, she studied engineering. Before she completed her engineering studies she started to search for a field that she would be happy with and never feel like she is working. As a result of bold trials, she decided to be in learning and development.
She is interested in facilitating knowledge and experience transfer. She combines a creative spirit with an analytical mind in her work as a learning consultant and facilitator. On client projects, she is known for applying her rich interdisciplinary experiences to simplify complexity and transform theory into practical applications.
