Sukran Balaban – A fascinated lifelong learner.
In order to continue the family tradition, she studied engineering. Before she completed her engineering studies she started to search for a field that she would be happy with and never feel like she is working. As a result of bold trials, she decided to be in learning and development.
She is interested in facilitating knowledge and experience transfer. She combines a creative spirit with an analytical mind in her work as a learning consultant and facilitator. On client projects, she is known for applying her rich interdisciplinary experiences to simplify complexity and transform theory into practical applications.
And she still learns with an endless curiosity.
